XS-Sm 90s Brown Herringbone Knit Mini Skirt

Vintage 90s fitted mini skirt, in a brown herringbone stretchy knit, with an elastic waist. Sold as is with a few condition notes, see details below.

Fits like: Labeled XS (can also fit up to small due to the slightly stretched out elastic waist - see measurements below)
Fabric: Poly/rayon/spandex
Brand: Express
Condition: Good with a 1.5" and 1/2" faint orange spot on the lower front left, two 1/4" faint yellow spots on the lower front right (not too noticeable), and the waist is slightly stretched out.
 
Length: 14"
Waist: elastic stretches 27" to 30" comfortably
Hips: 35" to 39"
