XS 80s Black Velvet Fitted Mini Skirt 25"

Vintage 80s black velvet fitted mini skirt, with a small side slit on the lower right. Shown clipped at the waist on model until the last two photos. Great for an hourglass fit!

Fabric: Rayon/silk velvet with what feels like an acetate lining

Condition: Very good, with light general wear, and a 1/8" faint light spot on the lower front near the hem.
