Small 90s Y2K Bebe Silk Striped Fairy Skirt

Vintage late 90s/early Y2K flowy scarf hem skirt with a low waist and an abstract striped print. Shown clipped on the model in the first two photos as an option to wear it higher at the waist for a larger size.

Condition: Very good, with light general wear, a 1/4" faint yellow spot on the middle front, a few scattered 1/4" or smaller faint discolorations on the lower front left (not too noticeable due to the shine of the fabric) and a couple other tinier less noticeable spots.
