Vintage 90s high waisted pleated black mini skirt. Shown clipped on the model in the first two photos.

Condition: Very good, with a few tiny scattered snags, and the buttonhole doesn't have stitching around the edge so it is fraying slightly, but it still functions fine and shouldn't affect the wearability.
