Vintage 90s black floral rayon knee-length skirt, with an elastic waist for a comfortable fit.

Condition: Very good, with a 1" faint brown spot at the inside of the front hem (not visible from the outside), and it appears to have been hemmed up by a previous owner (there is a 1" hem allowance)
