90s Plaid Wool Mini Pencil Skirt - Small, 27"

Vintage late 90s plaid wool mini pencil skirt with velvet trim.

Fabric: Wool, with cotton velvet trim, and what feels like a nylon lining
Brand: Barami, made in USA
Condition: Very good, with a few loose threads around the waistband which has resulted in a 1/2" partial seam gap at the back left of the waist (repairable by hand)
