Fabric: Feels like a woven poly/rayon shell with nylon lining - the shell has a look/texture similar to linen
Brand: Unknown, tag was removed by previous owner
Condition: Very good, with light general wear, a few tiny snags in the fabric, and a couple small very faint light marks on the upper middle front (barely noticeable)
