70s High Waisted Brown Mini Skirt - Small, 25.5"

Vintage 70s plain brown high waisted mini skirt with subtle pleating. Sold as is with some alteration needed - see details below.

Condition: Good/as is. The side seams were taken out and redone to be slightly bigger, leaving a 1/2" seam gap at the top of each side seam below the waistband.
