70s Dee Cee Reworked Tie Dye Mini Skirt - Extra Small, 24.5"

Vintage 70s mini skirt by Washington Dee Cee. These were originally a pair of shorts that were tie dyed with indigo in a beautiful light blue color, then colorful fabric panels were added to turn them into a skirt. The hem is slightly higher on the sides and dips down in the front and back due to the shape of the original shorts.
