70s 80s Evan Picone Belted Skirt - Extra Small, 24.5"

Vintage 70s/80s cream a-line mini skirt with built-in belt loops by Evan Picone, sold with a brown belt.

Measurements and Condition: 
 
Fits like: Labeled size 2, extra small
Fabric: Unknown (possibly a wool blend), with satin lining, labeled dry clean only
Brand: Evan Picone Petites, union made in USA
Condition: Good, with light general wear, some light pilling, some faint discoloration and a couple tiny rust spots in sections at the waist near the belt, and two tiny faint orange spots on the middle front of the skirt.

Belt: adjusts from 24" to 27"
Hips: 35" - taken at the bottom of the zipper opening
