XXS 60s Green Mini Circle Skirt 22"

Retro vintage 60s vibrant green circle skirt, with a super high wide waistband, and hooks at the side for closure.

Condition: Very good handmade condition, with a section of faint water staining at the middle back of the waistband (see back photo), and a couple small scattered faint spots on the skirt itself (nothing too noticeable due to the amount of fabric).

Natural waist: 22" - taken at the lower seam
